Development of a document on the diagnosis and analysis of digital addiction, cyberbullying and peer violence covering schools managed by the City of Jelenia Góra

Summary

The contract concerns developing a diagnostic and recommendation-based expert report on digital addiction, cyber threats, aggression and cyberbullying among children and young people in 19 schools managed by the City of Jelenia Góra. The work includes planning and conducting quantitative and qualitative research, surveys, diagnostic workshops and consultations with students, parents, teachers and school counsellors, followed by analysis and practical recommendations, including short-term and systemic measures and monitoring indicators. The contract is to be completed by 30 September 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the proposed personnel for 40% of the evaluation.
