Preparation of design documentation for modernisation of the sports fields at Primary School No. 221

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation for modernising the sports fields at Primary School No. 221, Żelazna 71, Warsaw, as part of the modernisation of school sports fields in the Wola District. The work includes designs for site development, architecture and construction, and technical solutions, as well as technical specifications, health and safety information, a bill of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate. The sports complex includes basketball, volleyball and football fields with polyurethane surfaces; the design must also address replacement of the surfaces and sub-base and protection of nearby tree root systems.
