Summary

The procurement concerns the preparation of comprehensive design and cost documentation for the reconstruction and extension of internal gas installations in municipal residential premises in Bydgoszcz. The documentation must cover individual dual-function gas boilers for space heating and domestic hot water, as well as ventilation. The procurement is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. Each lot must be completed within 70 days of contract conclusion, with a building and execution design submitted for approval within 20 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation, while the warranty period for defects carries 40%.
