The contract covers the comprehensive organisation and operation of workshops for employees of regional environmental protection directorates on strategic and transboundary environmental impact assessment procedures. The workshops will take place from 5 to 7 October 2026 in one hotel or facility providing accommodation, conference and catering services. The contractor must arrange accommodation, meals, a conference room with technical equipment, technical support, reception arrangements, baggage storage and an on-site coordinator. The facility must be at most 30 km from Warsaw Central railway station, reachable by public transport with a stop or station no more than 1,000 m away, be rated at least three stars, provide the specified rooms, at least 30 free parking spaces and suitable accessibility. Offers are evaluated on price (70 points) and facility distance (30 points). The submission deadline is 7 September 2026 at 10:00.
