Successive deliveries of intraocular, anterior-chamber, posterior-chamber, toric and contact lenses

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of intraocular and contact lenses for six lots: monofocal intraocular lenses, posterior-chamber intraocular lenses, three-piece lenses, anterior-chamber intraocular lenses, toric lenses and contact lenses. The contract will run for 12 months, with a minimum purchase level of 70% of the contract value. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Price is the only award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 09:00, and the offer must remain binding until 5 October 2026. Products must meet the specified technical parameters, be properly labelled in Polish, include Polish instructions for use and comply with medical-device requirements.
