Modernization of the land and building register

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the land and building register in three separate parts: cadastral district 0016 Jastrzębie, 0035 Siedliska and 0044 Żabieniec in Piaseczno municipality. The work includes analysing cadastral and legal records, surveying and boundary determination, updating data on land use, buildings and premises, soil classification work, preparation of digital cadastral documentation and participation in the public display of the descriptive and cartographic survey. The completion periods are 9 months for Parts 1 and 2 and 10 months for Part 3. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 11:00. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A tender guarantee is required: PLN 1,500 for Part 1, PLN 1,700 for Part 2 and PLN 2,500 for Part 3.
