Design documentation for adapting SDM-3 and SDM-4 to fire-safety regulations and author supervision

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of separate design documentation for adapting the SDM-3 and SDM-4 student residence buildings in Gdynia to current fire-safety regulations, together with author supervision during the construction works. The documentation must be agreed with a fire-safety expert and reflect the technical expertise, analyses and requirements of the regional State Fire Service. The scope includes smoke vents, fire doors, roofing, cable connection relocation, fire-safety adaptations, EI60 enclosures, fire-rated penetrations, smoke-control systems and traffic organisation. The contractor must prepare construction and detailed designs for the architectural, electrical, sanitary and telecommunications disciplines, as well as technical specifications, a bill of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate. The contract period is 4 months. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 10:00 via the e-ProPublico platform; the tender guarantee is PLN 3,200. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and delivery time (40%).
