Successive provision of catering services for the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation – National Research Institute in Puławy

Summary

The tender concerns the successive provision of catering services for conferences, training sessions and other events organised by the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation – National Research Institute in Puławy. Services will be ordered electronically and provided at the contracting authority’s premises for 12 months. Approximately 124 events are planned: at least one event for about 200 people, 25 for about 50 people, 50 for about 25 people and 48 for about 10 people. The contracting authority may increase the service volume under an option of up to 30% of the net contract value. The price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 09:00 via the purchasing platform; no bid guarantee or performance security is required.
