Interpreting Senate sittings and other events into Polish Sign Language

Summary

The tender concerns simultaneous interpreting into Polish Sign Language (PJM) for Senate sittings, briefings, committee and subcommittee meetings, conferences and other events. The service includes approximately 700 hours of online interpreting and 10 hours of live interpreting during Senate events over 24 months. The tenderer must provide at least two advanced PJM interpreters meeting the specified qualification and experience requirements, and must have the required technical setup. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the experience of the proposed interpreters (40%). No bid guarantee is required.
