Design of adaptations of premises for protective shelter use: underground car park of the Cultural and Congress Centre in Toruń, Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the design of adaptations to the underground car park of the Cultural and Congress Centre at 1–3 Aleja Solidarności in Toruń so that it can serve as a U1-category protective shelter. The work includes an inventory of the premises and installations, preparation of the building and detailed design documentation, required fire-safety and sanitary consultations, accessibility and environmental solutions, and verification of existing studies. Stage I must be completed within 7 weeks of contract signing and Stage II within 10 weeks, but no later than 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026. Price carries 60% and the experience of the project coordinator carries 40%; the coordinator’s experience must include at least one relevant project. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
