Preparation of complete building documentation and obtaining building permits for the Świdnica Museum’s administration building and palace

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost documentation for the thermal modernisation of the Świdnica museum’s administration building and main building, namely the palace, together with obtaining the building permit and heritage-protection decision. The documentation must be prepared separately for the two tasks and include the existing-condition inventory, multidisciplinary building and technical designs, health and safety information, technical specifications, bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimates and an aggregated cost statement. The contractor must obtain the necessary approvals, derogations, building permit and heritage-protection decision on behalf of the contracting authority. The contract period is up to 6 months from signing, including 4 months for the complete design documentation and building permit for the administration building. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty and defects-liability period for 40% of the award criteria. The minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 24 months, and the performance security is 2% of the total tender price.
