Preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for the construction of a lift in Building B of the Gniezno District Court, including author’s supervision

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design and cost documentation for the construction of an internal passenger lift and moving platform in Building B of the Gniezno District Court, together with author’s supervision. The work includes the concept design, building and detailed designs, technical expertise, geological surveys, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, approvals, the building-permit application and final permit, an electricity-demand analysis, BIOZ health and safety information, expert support during the future works procurement procedure and subsequent author’s supervision. The contract period is up to 15 months; the tender submission deadline is 4 September 2026 at 11:00. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish, and participation in an on-site inspection is mandatory. Price accounts for 80% and the experience of the structural designer in designing lift shafts with passenger lifts accounts for 20%. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total tender price before contract signature.
