Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for improving the energy efficiency of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics building in Szczecin – 2 tasks

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation needed to improve the energy efficiency of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics building in Szczecin, together with author’s supervision. The procurement is divided into two lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or both lots. Task 1 covers, among other things, domestic hot-water, lighting, electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, a telecommunications network and charging stations for electric bicycles and scooters. Task 2 covers an energy management and monitoring system, a 200 kWp photovoltaic installation and a 0.25 MWh energy storage facility. The documentation must be suitable for obtaining a building permit and conducting a future construction procurement. The tender deadline is 4 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish and properly signed. Tenders will be assessed by price (60%), the liability period (20%) and the contractual penalty rate for delay (20%).
