Preparation of a functional and utility programme and an architectural, construction and site development concept for the kitchen and canteen of the Police School in Slupsk

Summary

The contract concerns preparing a complete functional and utility programme, an architectural and construction concept, and a site development concept for the reconstruction and extension of the facility at 41 Kilińskiego Street in Slupsk into a kitchen and canteen for the Police School. The assignment also covers demolition of nearby garages and parking spaces, changes to fencing, gates, pedestrian routes, utilities, rainwater management and parking, as well as planning the building’s initial equipment. At least two multidisciplinary concept variants must be prepared, taking account of heritage-conservation requirements, accessibility, fire safety, HACCP and food-safety rules, technical systems and the capacity to serve at least 600 people simultaneously and prepare at least 3,600 meals per day. The PFU must be delivered within 10 weeks of contract signature, in four paper copies and one editable electronic copy in PDF, DOCX, XLSX and DWG formats. The price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:00 and signed with an accepted electronic signature.
