Accommodation with catering and conference room hire for training in Gdańsk

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive organisation of a two-day training service in Gdańsk for professional foster families and family-type children's homes on 3–4 October 2026. The contractor must provide accommodation for 140 people, meals, conference facilities, musical entertainment and organisational support. The accommodation must be in a hotel of at least three stars, listed in the Central Register of Hotel Facilities, located 90–220 km by road from the contracting authority's headquarters and no more than 300 metres from a lake shore. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and hotel standard (40%).
