Preparation and delivery of new promotional items bearing the Katowice city logo for promoting environmental responsibility

Summary

The contract covers the preparation, branding and delivery of new promotional items bearing the “Eco-responsibly” theme and the Katowice city logo: 350 picnic blankets, 350 jute toiletry bags, 500 equipped pencil cases, 700 A5 glued notebooks, 600 pens, 600 colouring-pencil sets, 350 three-part 2027 calendars and 1,000 PVC key rings. The order must be completed within 30 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and quality options concerning colours, multicolour branding, rounded notebook corners, envelope branding and seven-colour key rings. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
