Lot 2 covers complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the expansion of municipal road no. 106858B between Kucharówka and Rafałówka, over approximately 2,980 m, including surveys, geotechnical tests, land divisions, road drainage, traffic organisation, environmental and water permits where required, technical specifications, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate and the permits or notifications needed for construction.
