Summary

The contract covers hotel accommodation for project participants and their accompanying persons from 9 November 2026 to 31 May 2029. The accommodation must be located no more than 6 km from the contracting authority’s registered office, and the provider must offer at least 12 rooms in one location with a minimum three-star standard.
