Development concept for the local energy system of the Municipality of Sierpc

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of a comprehensive development concept for the local energy system of the Municipality of Sierpc. The work includes an analysis of the existing technical, energy and organisational situation, economic and legal analyses, a concept for developing a local energy balancing area, recommendations and a final report. The concept should support future investment, organisational decisions and energy transition projects, with particular attention to renewable energy sources, energy storage, energy management systems and the possible creation of an energy cluster. The service must be completed by 13 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and must include a PLN 3,000 bid guarantee. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%), the team coordinator’s experience (20%) and the experience of the remaining expert team (20%).
