Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of Promenada Zdrojowa Street in Goldap

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation for reconstructing approximately 180 m of Promenada Zdrojowa street in Gołdap, including drainage, access roads and approximately 1,400 m² of permeable-surface parking or site hardening. The scope includes the concept, building and detailed designs, permanent traffic organisation design, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications, required approvals and permits, and author’s supervision during the planned construction period of 2026–2029. The documentation must be delivered in paper and editable electronic formats (PDF, DWG and ATH), with a three-year warranty. The deadline for completion is 15 December 2026, although an earlier completion may be offered and is scored. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 10:00.
