Preparation of energy performance certificates for residential and commercial premises and buildings

Summary

The contract covers the successive preparation of energy performance certificates for approximately 750 residential and commercial premises and 6 buildings in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, as ordered by the contracting authority, until 31 August 2028. Each certificate must be prepared by a person entered in the register of authorised energy performance certificate preparers, comply with the applicable legislation and be delivered in bound paper form. The maximum completion time for each order is 30 calendar days, while a shorter period may receive additional evaluation points. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 00:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 4,027.50 is required. The award criteria are price (60%) and shortening the certificate preparation period below 30 days (40%).
