Supply of fresh vegetables and fruit

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fresh vegetables and fruit for 12 months from 1 October 2026. The estimated quantities are 70,000 kg of potatoes, 14,000 kg of beetroot, 20,000 kg of carrots, 7,000 kg of onions, 12,000 kg of white cabbage, 4,000 kg of red cabbage, 6,000 kg of cucumbers, 100 kg of cauliflower, 2,000 kg of greenhouse tomatoes and 10,000 kg of apples. Deliveries must be made once a week, on the purchaser’s orders, within three days, using the supplier’s own sanitary transport and at its own cost to Rawicz. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 09:30. Evaluation is based on price (60%), payment period (20%) and complaint-resolution period (20%).
