Preparation of guidelines supporting the regulatory assessment of human factors in the design of a nuclear power plant

Summary

The procurement concerns a service for preparing guidelines supporting the regulatory assessment of how human factors are addressed in the design of a nuclear power plant. The work must analyse relevant IAEA requirements and define, for each requirement, the licensing information to be provided, the relevant documentation sections, the assessment methodology and the estimated assessment time in person-hours. The guidelines must be delivered within 3 months of contract signature, in one paper copy and in an accessible DOCX file, in Polish or English. One electronic tender must be submitted in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are gross price (60%) and the designated nuclear safety specialist’s relevant regulatory-assessment experience (40%).
