The procurement covers successive deliveries of fresh fruits and vegetables to the Special Educational and Care Centre in Frysztak from 1 October to 31 December 2026. Deliveries are expected from Monday to Friday, generally five days per week, between 7:30 and 8:30, or according to the contracting authority’s needs. The supplier must provide first-quality, fresh products with at least five days of remaining shelf life after delivery, arrange transport at its own cost and risk, and unload and bring the goods to the indicated locations. Quantities are estimates, and the contracting authority guarantees purchases corresponding to at least 70% of the contract value. Price is the only award criterion, with a maximum of 100 points. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
