Preparation of design documentation for the Podegrodzie sports complex and the U-1 shelter beneath the clubhouse

Summary

The contract concerns preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for a sports complex in Podegrodzie, including a stadium with spectator stands and technical infrastructure, an Orlik complex with pitches measuring 30 x 62 m and 19 x 32 m, and an underground U-1 shelter beneath the clubhouse and stands. The service includes surveying and geotechnical documentation, all required design stages, utility relocations and connections, required approvals and building permit decisions, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates and technical specifications. The U-1 shelter is planned for approximately 360 people, with two 180-person zones, a bowling area and technical facilities, a usable area of approximately 800 m², ventilation, monitoring and evacuation routes. Construction works themselves are excluded. The complete design and cost documentation must be delivered by 15 December 2026 and the building permit process completed by 31 March 2027. A PLN 6,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the chief architect's experience (40%).
