The contract concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for expanding the Municipal Marketplace on Komorowska Street and constructing an underground car park with a civil-protection shelter function. The documentation must cover an administrative and commercial building in Stage A and an underground car park with related infrastructure, demolition, reconstruction and utility works in Stage B, with the car park further divided into stages BI–BIII. The contract period is 10 months, there are no lots, and price is the only award criterion. Offers and all required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish. The successful contractor must provide performance security.
