Transport of pupils to the Primary School in Padew Narodowa in the 2026/2027 school year

Summary

The contract covers school transport for up to 325 pupils to the Primary School in Padew Narodowa during the 2026/2027 school year, from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. The service includes morning transport for grades 0–III and IV–VIII, return journeys at scheduled times, and two additional return services per week at 14:50. All listed stops must be served; routes may be adjusted only if the required arrival times are met and pupils wait no longer than one hour for return transport. Buses must provide seats for pupils and accompanying carers, be properly marked and technically fit. The contracting authority makes one school bus available for lease; the minimum lease charge is PLN 6,000 gross per vehicle per month. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 11:00 and remain binding for 30 days. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), replacement-vehicle deployment time (5%) and lease charge (35%). The replacement vehicle time must be between 15 and 45 minutes, and the proposed monthly lease charge must be between PLN 6,000 and PLN 12,000 gross.
