Implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026: Collective Protection Facilities

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for adapting the underground garage of the Tomaszów County Office building at 41 Św. Antoniego Street, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, as an Emergency Shelter Facility (MDS). The covered underground parking area is approximately 980 m². The scope includes surveys and inspections, building and executive designs for all necessary disciplines, technical specifications, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, required opinions, arrangements and permits, including a building permit or construction notification where applicable. The documentation must address evacuation routes and exits, accessibility platforms, structural reinforcement, protection against debris and blast effects, ventilation, water and sewerage, electrical and lighting systems, fire protection, emergency power, radio communication, sanitary facilities and a food-preparation area. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the proposed period for free correction of deficiencies and errors in the documentation (40%).
