RDW in Biała Podlaska: Basic annual inspections of engineering structures

Summary

The tender concerns basic annual inspections of 15 bridge structures, including viaducts, bridges and footbridges, and 30 culverts located along regional roads in the Biała Podlaska area. The contractor must review previous inspection results, carry out the inspections, prepare an inspection schedule within 7 days after signing the contract, produce an annual inspection report for each structure, prepare maintenance and repair needs lists with valuations and unit prices, and prepare bills of quantities and investor cost estimates in ATH and PDF formats. The contract period is 75 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. Price has a 60% weighting and completion of the specified bridge-inspection training has a 40% weighting.
