Construction of shelters in Dubiecko – Stage I: preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for a category U-3 protective shelter in central Dubiecko, which is also intended to operate as an underground car park in normal conditions. The scope includes technical specifications, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, and obtaining the administrative decisions and consents needed to apply for a building permit. The design must be coordinated with the planned redevelopment of the town centre and allow the car park to operate independently. The contract period is 60 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation uses price at 60% and warranty period at 40%. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required.
