Supply of IT and OT cybersecurity solutions for PGK in Grodzisk Dolny under the project “Strengthening the cybersecurity of the water supply infrastructure in Grodzisko Dolne Municipality”

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of cybersecurity equipment and software for IT and OT infrastructure, divided into three lots. Lot 1 includes a NAS backup server, four WiFi access points, a WiFi controller, 18 SSDs, two 256 GB RAM modules, an OT NGFW, MFA software for 25 users and VPN software for 25 endpoints. Lot 2 includes an OT jump server, OT/IIoT and IT/SCADA hardening, a private APN and 36 months of maintenance. Lot 3 includes a 10 kVA UPS and mobile 35 kW and 20 kW generators. Bids may cover one or all lots, but each selected lot must be offered in full. Delivery and implementation are due within 90 days of contract signature and no later than 30 November 2026; Lot 2 maintenance continues for 36 months after final acceptance. The bid deadline is 1 September 2026 at 10:00. Offers must be submitted electronically, and no bid security or performance guarantee is required. Evaluation combines price with technical or delivery-related criteria, depending on the lot.
