Selection of a team for the comprehensive management and implementation of the “Heritage for All” project

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive management and coordination of the cross-border project “Heritage for All” under the Interreg Poland–Slovakia 2021–2027 programme. The contractor must provide a four-person team, manage the substantive and financial implementation of the project, prepare payment applications and public procurement procedures, monitor 51 cross-border events, support communication and promotion, and provide Polish–Slovak translation and communication. The service is expected to continue until the project is finally settled, planned for July 2028. The offer deadline is 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 40% of the score, while the experience of the project coordinator, financial coordinator and information-promotion assistant accounts for 40%, 10% and 10% respectively.
