Preparation of a functional and utility programme for extending tram stops to serve trams longer than 45 metres – stage 1

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of five separate functional and utility programmes for extending tram stops in Gdańsk so they can serve trams longer than 45 metres. The locations are Budapesztańska, Migowo, Królewskie Wzgórze, Łabędzia and Zabornia. The studies must define the technical and functional assumptions for a future design-and-build contract, estimate design and construction costs, identify existing infrastructure and possible conflicts, and assess ground and geological conditions. The contract period is 84 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the purchasing platform by 3 September 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60% and the extension of the minimum warranty period carries 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
