Preparation of design documentation for the construction of Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 7 in Gdańsk

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design documentation for the construction of Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 7 in Gdańsk, including a protective structure meeting at least U-3 shelter requirements, a technical training ground and associated infrastructure. The work includes the architectural-functional concept, site development design, architectural and construction design, technical and detailed designs for all disciplines, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications, health and safety information, geological and other required documentation, and the necessary opinions and arrangements. The contractor must submit the building-permit application documentation by 8 December 2026 and complete the full documentation by 28 December 2026. The offer deadline is 31 August 2026 at 09:00. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 80% and the architect's professional experience 20%.
