Purchase and delivery of heating fuel for Wielgomłyny Municipality for the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, loading, unloading and delivery of heating fuel for the 2026/2027 heating season for the Wielgomłyny Municipality. It is divided into four parts: loose eco-coal up to 80 tonnes, bagged eco-coal up to 25 tonnes, loose wood pellets up to 30 tonnes and bagged wood pellets up to 5 tonnes. Offers may be submitted for individual parts. Deliveries must meet the specified quality parameters and, for loose pellets, be made by a silo vehicle suitable for pneumatic unloading. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the contracting authority’s purchasing platform by 1 September 2026 at 10:00. Offers are evaluated by price at 60% and invoice payment term at 40%; the offered payment term must be at least 14 days.
