Energy modernization of the municipal building at Wybickiego 11 in Lipusz

Summary

The tender concerns the energy modernization of a municipal building on plot 278/4 at Wybickiego 11 in Lipusz. The contractor may need to prepare the building designs and obtain the required approvals, permits and administrative decisions, and must carry out the construction, installation and finishing works. The guaranteed scope includes washing and painting 110 m² of façade with thermal-insulating paint, replacing 5.25 m² of door joinery and bricking up window openings, supplying and installing an air-to-water heat pump for heating and hot water with a minimum capacity of 50 kW, supplying and installing a pellet boiler with a minimum capacity of 80 kW, and installing outdoor lighting. The contracting authority may additionally exercise options for insulating 84.25 m² of the kitchen-service roof and connecting residential units 1, 2 and 4 and the vestibule to the existing heating and hot-water system. The contract period is 90 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 11:00 via the procurement platform. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required. Price carries 60% and the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%.
