Preparation of geodetic documentation for subdividing properties covered by a local spatial development plan

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of geodetic documentation for subdividing properties covered by the local spatial development plan for the “Pastwiska” area in Starachowice, in order to separate land intended for municipal public roads. The work has two stages: preparing preliminary subdivision designs and, after the relevant opinion is issued, maps with subdivision designs. The contract is for 3 months, has an estimated value of PLN 135,500 excluding VAT, and does not allow partial tenders. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 60% and the surveyor’s experience for 40% of the evaluation.
