Summary

The contract concerns architectural and functional-utility planning for a closed multi-storey car park with an underground level at Solna Street in Kielce, intended to allow an emergency shelter to be organised, together with technical and transport infrastructure and site development. The basic scope covers two preliminary architectural concept variants, the final concept, the functional-utility programme with attachments and a consolidated cost estimate. An optional scope covers environmental documentation and obtaining a final environmental decision. The basic scope must be completed within 5 months, and the total contract period may be up to 12 months. Bids are due by 2 September 2026 at 12:00 and must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price accounts for 60 points and the project team’s experience for 40 points.
