Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of a warehouse facility

Summary

The procurement concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimating documentation for adapting an existing 1,438.1 m² warehouse building in Moniatycze, on plots 325/2 and 325/3, for use as a municipal civil protection and civil defence warehouse. The scope includes surveys, a design map, architectural and technical designs, structural, thermal-insulation, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications designs, fire-safety and sanitary consultations, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications, support during the future construction procurement and author’s supervision. The contract is to be performed by 30 November 2026. The bid deadline is 1 September 2026 at 10:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60 points and the warranty period 40 points; the minimum warranty period is 36 months.
