Supervision of the renovation, modernisation and fitting-out of the unused former WUCH building for the Dębica Entrepreneurship Incubator and new CIS headquarters

Summary

The procurement concerns construction supervision for the renovation, modernisation and fitting-out of the unused former WUCH building on Metalowców Street in Dębica, intended to accommodate the Dębica Entrepreneurship Incubator and a new CIS headquarters. The contract is divided into three lots: structural and building supervision, sanitary installations supervision, and electrical installations supervision. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and the service is to be provided until 31 March 2028. The supervisor must attend the construction site at least twice a week. The award is based on price (60 points) and the experience of the person responsible for investment supervision in the relevant specialism (40 points).
