Printing and delivery of 800 copies of volumes II, III and IV of “Polish War Cemetery Kyiv-Bykivnia. Cemetery Book”

Summary

The procurement concerns printing, binding and delivery of three volumes of the publication “Polish War Cemetery Kyiv-Bykivnia. Cemetery Book”, volumes II, III and IV, with 800 copies of each volume. The books must be produced to detailed technical specifications, packed in shrink-wrapped sets on pallets and delivered by a vehicle with a tail lift to the Katyn Museum in Warsaw. The contract must be completed within 20 working days from delivery of the final print-ready layout to the printer, and no later than 13 November 2026. The bid deadline is 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100 points. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross maximum remuneration.
