Preparation of a funding application, feasibility study and additional documentation for the integrated project “Sustainable urban mobility in the Poznań Metropolitan Area – Stage IV”

Summary

The contract concerns preparing a funding application, feasibility study and additional application documentation for the integrated project “Sustainable urban mobility in the Poznań Metropolitan Area – Stage IV” under Measure 3.2 of the Wielkopolska regional programme for 2021–2027. The project is implemented in partnership with local-government entities and has an estimated total value of PLN 75,612,415.23, including estimated EU funding of PLN 52,928,690.66. The contractor must prepare the documentation in accordance with the programme rules, applicable guidance and legal requirements, including environmental and DNSH analyses and applications concerning Natura 2000 and water-management authorities. The documentation is expected by 13 November 2026, while the contract may run until 31 December 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. The bid must include PLN 1,000.00 bid security. Award criteria are gross price (60 points) and the feasibility-study specialist’s relevant experience (40 points).
