Leasing service for printers and multifunction devices

Summary

The tender concerns a 36-month leasing service with maintenance, user licences and successive delivery of consumables for 140 printers, 60 A4 monochrome multifunction devices, 35 A3 monochrome multifunction devices and 6 A3 colour multifunction devices. No variants, options or partial bids are allowed. The price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. Bids and required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00 via the designated procurement platform. The contract includes an employment-on-the-basis-of-an-employment-relationship requirement under Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law.
