The contract concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for the modernization of the water booster station building at the Regional Hospital in Kalisz, Toruńska 7. The scope includes comprehensive building modernization, replacement of the booster, water and sewage, and electrical systems with automation, technical and detailed designs, bills of quantities, technical specifications, and investor’s cost estimates. The contractor must obtain the necessary permits, approvals and opinions, provide author’s supervision, answer queries during the subsequent construction procurement, and update the cost estimates within 2 weeks of a request during the 5 years following acceptance. The documentation is due by 26 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion.
