Preparation of design documentation for the energy-efficiency modernization of buildings in Wejherowo in three lots, including an option

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design and cost-estimation documentation for the energy-efficiency modernization of buildings in Wejherowo, divided into three lots. The scope includes architectural, technical and detailed design documentation, specifications, bills of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate; Lot 3 also includes an energy audit. An optional service may include author’s supervision during the related construction works. The basic contract period is 250 days, and the total estimated value is PLN 272,044.98 excluding VAT. Bids may be submitted for all three lots and must be filed electronically in Polish through the designated platform by 28 August 2026. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the professional experience of the architectural designer (40%).
