Summary

The procurement covers hotel accommodation, restaurant services and conference facilities for organized Erasmus+ project mobilities. Task 1 is for 23 participants in Platamonas, Greece, within approximately 10 km, from 14 September to 25 September 2026. Tasks 2 and 3 are for 18 and 32 participants respectively in Udine, Italy, within approximately 10 km, from 5 October to 16 October 2026. The hotel must have at least three stars, provide accommodation and three buffet meals daily in one facility, and offer a conference room for all participants with workstations, a projector and a screen. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 10:00, in Polish, and will be evaluated by gross price (60%), hotel standard (15%), free cancellation period (10%) and the number of rooms made available (15%).
