Implementation of the OLiOC Programme in the Zgierz City Municipality under delegated tasks – preparation of design documentation for collective protection facilities

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design documentation for adapting existing buildings in Zgierz into collective protection facilities. The scope covers three locations: the Civil Defence Warehouse of the Zgierz City Office, the basement of Primary School No. 12 and the basement of Primary School No. 6. The documentation must include all legally required opinions, arrangements, expert assessments, analyses, administrative decisions and other materials needed to prepare and carry out the construction works procurement and the works themselves. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:45. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The required quality guarantee period is 36 months from final acceptance, and the contract is to be completed by 16 November 2026.
