Preparation of design documentation in 3 lots

Summary

The procurement concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation in three lots in Lodz. Lot 1 covers renovation and reconstruction documentation for a residential building and demolition documentation for an outbuilding at Sucha 5, with a total volume of 6,489 m³ and a delivery period of 269 days. Lot 2 covers renovation and reconstruction documentation for a residential building at Kresowa 31, with a total volume of 2,317 m³ and a delivery period of 230 days.
