Summary

The tender concerns the successive provision of legal consultation services on matters related to conducting business activities. It is divided into four lots: Gdańsk/Gdynia/Sopot, Słupsk, Kwidzyn and Chojnice, and bids may be submitted for all lots. The initial contract period is 12 months, with two possible extensions of 12 months each. At least one qualified lawyer with the required professional authorization, at least three years of professional experience and at least 500 hours of legal services for entrepreneurs during the last three years is required.
