Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the Elżbiecin–Zbrodzice road

The tender concerns the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction of the Elżbiecin–Zbrodzice public road on cadastral plot no. 497/4 in the Zbrodzice precinct. The first stage, including preparation and submission of the complete application for a ZRID road investment permit, must be completed within 24 months of signing the contract. The second stage, including obtaining the final ZRID decision, delivering the final documentation and completing acceptance, must be completed within 25 months. The contractor must also update all industry investment cost estimates once, if requested within five years after the ZRID decision becomes final. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the designated road designer’s experience (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 is required.
